Why I built Hirebase

👨‍💻

I was a tech recruiter. I loved finding great people and matching them with great companies. I hated updating spreadsheets.

Every ATS I tried was either too complex or too dumb. They all required hours of manual data entry. The "AI features" were just glorified autocomplete.

So I built Hirebase. A recruiting backend that works with my AI, not against it. Now I spend my time on relationships, not records.
